Screen replacements include a Lifetime Warranty covering defective replacement parts and installation-related issues. The lifetime warranty remains valid unless the device has been dropped or impacted, the screen is cracked or broken after repair, there are major scratches, dents, bends, frame damage, liquid damage, or the device was opened, modified, or repaired by anyone other than FastFixCell.
Battery replacements include a 90-Day Warranty covering defective batteries and installation-related issues. Battery warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, misuse, unauthorized repairs, or normal battery wear after 90 days.
Simple version: If we made a mistake, we will fix it. If the device meets the sidewalk, driveway, swimming pool, or toddler after the repair, that is accidental damage and is not covered.
